Naomi Montgomery Brown entered eternal rest on May 6, 2022 at Slidell Memorial Hospital at the age of 64 she was a native of Marrero and a resident of Slidell. She was a devoted mother of 2 sons Simon and Desmond Montgomery, and her late daughter Juanita Montgomery, the daughter of Elmo and Juanita Faye Montgomery, the granddaughter of the late Jesse and Ruth Collins of Harvey. She is the loving sister of Byron (Eulene) Montgomery of Marrero, the late Karen Yusef, Phyliss (Kenny) Miskel of Slidell, Elder Ronald (Shelley) Montgomery of Wilmington NC, Critty (Micheal) Montgomery of Gretna, Regina (Micheal) Reaux of Slidell, Carol Dursseau of NOLA, Eyvette Stevenson of Bellchase and sister-in-law Debra Brown of Marrero.

  • Also pastors, officers and members of Star Light MBC, Faith Temple C.O.G.I.C. of Wilmington NC, Mount Zion MBC of Gretna, Iserlite MBC of Slidell, Tabernacle MBC and all are invited to attend funeral service on June 4, 2022 at 11:00AM at Star Light MBC, 2100 Second St. Slidell, LA., 70458. Pastor Shovie Ducre officiating.


  • Visitation at 10:00AM until the hour of service.


  • Interment is private due to covid. Mask are mandatory.
