 Cherishing his memories are his son, Lamon Roberts, Sr.; brother, Elder Noah Crockett; grandsons, Lamon Roberts, Jr; Ronald Guidry, Jr, Najah Akeem Mushatt, and Joshua Ibn Umrani; Godson, Dameon Washington; bonus children, Janice Guidry, Paulette and Paul Horton; son-in-law, Ronald Guidry, Sr.; special friends, Bertrand Eugene, Leroy James; and William Johnson; devoted niece, Brenda Washington; and a great host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded his death by his parents Alonzo, Sr and Margaret Crockett; wife, Geneva Horton Crockett; brothers, Alonzo, Jr, Jackson and Jimmy Crockett; sisters, Gertrude C. Tolson, Mildred C. Johnson, Thelma Crockett and Marjorie C. Toussaint; sisters-in-law Barbara Crockett, Earlean Horton, and Eunice Moses; nephews, Gary and Byron Crockett, Eddie and Willie Bonney; nieces, Wanda Johnson and Debra Turner and his god-mother, Mary-Alice Pratt. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 6,2024 at 10:00am at Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church, 5600 Read Blvd., New Orleans, LA., 70127.
