Korey Tucker

Korey “Ko-Tuck” Tucker was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 30, 2022 at the age of 45. Korey was born on June 16, 1976 in Memphis, TN and was the son of the late Edward Taplin and Emelda Tucker. A construction worker by trade, he was a graduate of Abramson Senior High School. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Emelda; one son Korey, Jr.; two daughters, Courtney Gillard and Akacsia Tucker; two grandchildren, Donovan and Ky’lynn; one brother, Keith; one sister, Alicia; four aunts: Florence T. Jackson, Barbara T. Howard, Shirley T. (Norman) Falls and Eleria Taplin; three uncles: Rev. Calvin (Debra) Tucker (Lompoc, CA), George (Sandra) Tucker and Steve Lawrence, and a host of other relatives and friends

• Family, friends, members of New Hope B. C., Ray Ave. B. C., Ecclesia Family Church and others are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, June 11th at New Orleans Triumph B. C., 840 Caffin Avenue, at 12:30 p.m. Rev. Ronnie Crockett is the Officiant.
