Kent Anthony Arcement

Kent Anthony Arcement, 61, of Westwego, transitioned into the afterlife on November 22, 2022. Kent was born on September 20, 1961, to late Julien “Jay” Arcement, Jr. and Marlene Rita Marse in Westwego, Louisiana. He attended West Jefferson High School. Kent was machinist and owned a tree service company. He enjoyed living life to the fullest. He was never shy about holding his tongue.

Kent is survived by his six children, Ryan Arcement, Jade Killian, Jessica Arcement, Kyle Arcement, Conner Crenshaw, and Logan Arcement of New Orleans; Stepmother, Betty Arcement; brothers, Marc Arcement, Giles Lanasa, Michael Lanasa, Rory Arcement, Jason Arcement and Lance Arcement; sisters Patricia Carter and Rene Rudolph; Kent has joined his late brothers, Sean Arcement and Chad Arcement.

• Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church located at 146 4th Street, Westwego, LA 70094 on Thursday, December 8, 2022, with visitation starts for 9 a.m. with Mass following at 11 am.
