Judith Ann Berger Wheeler

Judith Ann Berger Wheeler  was born February 6, 1939 and died August 15, 2018 after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Freddie Wheeler and mother of Fredricka Wheeler-Dantzler and Darin Wheeler, Sr. She was the grandmother of Dominque Wheeler, Darin Wheeler and Elysia Dantzler; daughter to the late Mary Lafrance and Arthur Berger, Jr; sister to Charlene (Lucien) Peters III, Arthur Berger III, Mary-Aline
Charles, LisaAnn (Jimmie) Brown, Brian Berger, Lamera Berger and the late Wayne and Kenneth Berger.

Judith was a retired employee for the County of Los Angeles and moved back home to New Orleans in 2002. Judith is survived by her children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. James Major Catholic Church, 3736 Gentilly Boulevard, and New Orleans, Louisiana 70122.
