Chance O’Neal Smith

Chance O’Neal Smith – age 15, was called to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at University Medical Center, New Orleans, LA. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Chantell Smith and his father, Courtney Jones. Also left to cherish his memory are devoted God-Parent, Shyekah Roberson; eight siblings: Cortell and Courtney Smith, Corey, Courtlyn, and Cormelo Jones, Cayden Zilton, and Christian and Kentrell Monroe. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Chance was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dan Smith III and Solomon Turner. At the request of the family, funeral services will be private. Internment Carrollton Cemetery, 1701 Hillary Street, New Orleans, LA.
