Cecile Williams departed this life in Plano, Tx on Tuesday, May 16,2023 at the age of 69. Cecile was a native of New Orleans, LA and graduate of Booker T Washington High School class of 1971. Cecile was the daughter of the late Rev Joseph and Celia Jackson. Cecile leaves to mourn ;2 loving daughters Krista and Zania Williams.6 Grandchildren. Shawn, Zaketa and Calvin Williams, Kevielle and Georgiane Greathouse and JeVaughn Mondy JR. 9 great grand kids.4 sisters Patricia Nora, Beatrice Norris, Sylvia Nora and Linda Nora;2 brothers Wendell Nora and Kevin Nora; and a host of nieces, nephews’ family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Calvin Williams 2 sisters Marguerite Gray and Glenda Nora and 1 brother Junious Nora.

• Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service that will be held at St James Methodist Church, 1925 Ursuline St., New Orleans, LA, on May 27,2023 at 11:00am.

• Visitation will begin at 10:00 am.

• Interment: Providence Memorial Park and Mausoleum.
