Rhonda DeJan Pinera – passed away peacefully on Monday, October 1, 2018. She was the loving wife of Noel Pinera, and devoted and dedicated mother of Wesley and Kelsey Pinera. She is survived by her parents, Earl Sr. and Audrey DeJan; two siblings, Arlene DeJan Lewis (Dewitt) and Earl DeJan Jr. (Stacy); mother-in-law, Christina Mitchell Arceneaux; father-in-law, Richard V Pinera, Jr.; sister-in-law, Audrey Pinera-Tanner (Gary); brother-in-law, Glenn Pinera (Janice), and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rhonda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Sidney and Noesca Richard DeJan and Eugene and Lillian Duplessis Gaspard; one brother, Joseph DeJan; brother-in-law, Richard V Pinera, III; and father-in-law, Russell Raymond Arceneaux.
Family, friends and employees of Tulane Medical Center, Touro Infirmary, Genoa Healthcare, EATEL, Cabrini High School, and University of Mobile, Alabama are invited to attend Rhonda’s Celebration of Life, and Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 3368 Esplanade Avenue, New Orleans, LA at 10:30AM.
Visitation will be held from 8:30AM until the hour of service. Interment Providence Memorial Park, 8200 Airline Highway, Metairie, LA.
