Noel Joseph Crump

Noel Joseph Crump,entered peacefully into external rest at his home surrounded by his wife and family on September 9, 2022, at the age of 54. Noel is survived by his beloved wife of 8 ½ years, Theva Butler Evans Crump, one step-son Robert Evans III (Johnnika), and his precious favorite girl his granddaughter Jordyn Ryan Evans. Noel was born to the late Frank Narcisse and the late Ethel Crump on December 30, 1967. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Olga and Frank Crump, his step-son Ryan Anthony Evans, his sisters Kechia Crump McSwain Dicks, Barbara Scott, Jacqueline Brown, and Carol Thomas. He is survived by his brothers Kevin Dunnaway (Darlene) of Texas, Ricky Crump (Sylvia). Brent Crump both of New Orleans and Frank Crump (Antoinette) of California. Five Sisters Giselle Larkins Coleman (Milton), Lenette Smith and Denise Crump of New Orleans, LA, Marlene Johnson (Elige) of Brighton, Michigan, Judy Bellinger (Don) of Moreno Valley, California, his best friend/brother Joseph Johnson (Debra) of New Orleans, Louisiana. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dedicated friends.

Noel was a graduate of Francis T. Nicholls High School Class of 1987 where he was a star player on the football team. During the year of 2018 he decided to become a member of the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club, Inc. where he became a proud member of the Parade Marshalls and a part of the Domino Krewe.

 
 

  • Relative and friends of the family, also employees of Sam’s, Egan Respiratory, Coca Cola Company, Crescent Bank, Jefferson Parish Employee Federal Credit Union, East Jefferson Hospital, United Parcel Service (UPS), Jeff Care, LAKESIDE HOSPICE, Francis T. Nicholls, Women Giving Back, Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale, Zulu Social and Pleasure Club, Franklin Avenue Baptist Church, Saint Maria Goretti Catholic Church are invited to attend the funeral service at Franklin Avenue Church, Pastor Mack, officiant, 2515 Franklin Avenue New Orleans, Louisiana on Friday September 16, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.

 

  • Service is at 11:00 a.m. Bishop Robert C. Blakes, Jr., Officiating.

 

  • Visitation to begin at 9:00 AM until the hour of service.

 

  • Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, 4000 Norman Mayer Avenue, Louisiana
