Efrem Denzil Thomas (Denzil, Lump Uncle, Lump) age 63 entered eternal rest on April 28, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father Nathaniel Billy Thomas Sr., and three siblings DeEtta R Zardies, Nathan D., and Dewayne J. Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memories of his loving wife Cheryl Thomas, his loving and caring mother Gloria Thomas, and three remaining siblings, one sister Natalie T. (Larry) Holden, Nathaniel (Carleen) Thomas, and Keith (Maisie) Ardies, Cousin Louis Rodgers Jr., and his buddy Chico, five nieces, and seven nephews a host of great-nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Denzil (Lump) was a loving and caring person, to know Denzil, (Lump, Uncle Lump) was to love. Denzil was the neighborhood’s number one handyman, if you met him and needed work on your home or business this was the man to call.
- Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Abundant Life Tabernacle, 1701 Franklin Ave, New Orleans LA, 70117. Pastor Tyrone G. Jefferson Jr officiating.
- Visitation at 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
- Interment will be private.
