Charles Joseph “Packy” Bevrotte III, of New Orleans, La, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at the age of 93. Charles, affectionally known as “Packy” was the son of the late Charles Bevrotte Jr and Eunice Arceneaux. He is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years, Janice Long Bevrotte; son, Maceo Raymond Bevrotte (Jennifer); three grandchildren, Carrie Fernandez (Jerome); Erin Bevrotte; and Ryan Bevrotte (Daisy); six great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Cryer and Gavin Fernandez; Camren and Sydney Bevrotte; Daniela Serrato; and Mario Anaya. Charles will also be fondly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, and many extended family members.
Charles was preceded in death by his son, Ricardo Michael Bevrotte, and several brothers and sisters.
- Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life and Mass of Christian Burial at St Raymond & St Leo the Great Catholic Church, 2916 Paris Avenue, New Orleans, La at 10:00AM on Saturday, March 4, 2023.
- . Visitation will begin at 9:00AM until the hour of service.
- Interment will be private. No repast.
